Challenge
Employee life cycle in outsourcing is typically short because of the competition. The organization wanted a talent management strategy that would achieve a few core objectives: retention, sharing of knowledge, development of workforce and improving performance.

Action
Development of organization employee survey around aptitude regarding: training, management, retention, organizational pride to get a baseline. The next step was to evaluate current skills that would assist in facilitating and developing the workforce. This resulted in development of the Front Line Program and Management Development program. Each of the pro- grams includes conflict resolution, communications, supervision skills, interpersonal skills, customer service, emotional intelligence, team build- ing, delegation, etc.

Solution
Over the past several years since these programs have been launched into the culture the organization’s retention, employee satisfaction, and performance have continued to improve. These programs have become core pillars in employee development and career mobility.
